FAQ's for Free Delivery
What size order qualifies for free delivery?
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders less than $100 will be charged a $10 delivery fee.
What areas qualify for free delivery?
We deliver everywhere from Georgetown to Ravenel, West Ashley to Summerville and everywhere in between.
What time can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our delivery schedule can vary widely and we cannot accurately predict what time we will be able to deliver to your location. If you will be gone during the day please leave out an adequately sized cooler (and payment if you select COD). All our meat products are frozen to zero degrees and will remain frozen solid all day in a cooler.
What sized cooler do I need?
If you will be away from your house on Monday please leave out a cooler for us to leave your order in. Coolers are usually rated in liters. You can figure that your cooler will hold 1lb of meat per liter capacity.
I work on Monday, how can I accept delivery?
All our meat products are frozen to zero degrees and will remain frozen solid all day in a cooler. If you will be at work please leave out an adequately sized cooler (and payment if you select COD).
What days do you deliver?
We currently offer free delivery on Mondays only.
